You must be a resident of the immediate area to receive a resident parking pass. Your parking pass will only be valid in the Red Zone. If you park in the Green, Purple or Blue Zones, you must still pay for your spot. Your vehicle registration must reflect your Beverly address. If it does not, a utility bill showing your downtown address must be provided. Your resident pass will be valid for one year.
