NO, overnight parking is not permitted on streets during a snow emergency. Violators shall be charged a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) and may be towed. The MBTA has allowed Beverly residents to park, during a snow emergency, in their parking garage located on Rantoul Street for a reduced fee. Check the City's website for information on parking at the MBTA garage during a snow emergency.
