How do I report a low wire or wire down on my street?
Please be aware, the city does not have authority over the utility companies and cannot respond to service or equipment issues that fall under their responsibilities. Hanging or damaged cable wires should be reported directly to the utility company that owns the wires, the city is not able to repair these wires as they are not our property.
