Contact the Forestry Division immediately to report any tree-related emergency incidents or situations 978-921-6068 or the main office of the Department of Public Services at 978-921-6053.   It is also helpful if you could take a picture and/or record any identifying information of the offender, as it is hard for a city employee to arrive at the site while the damage is still occurring.
