A large limb has fallen from a City tree, who do I contact?
If the limb is blocking the roadway, contact the Department of Public Services at 978-921-6053, Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.. If it is after hours, please contact the Beverly Police Department at 978-922-1212.
If the limb is on the side of the road, please submit a request here. Please do not attempt to cut the branch yourself. The City has equipment that can quickly remove large limbs from the street/sidewalk areas.
